Terrible Service from Zurich Insurance

I purchased a brand new Hyundai ix35 on 02/09/13. I was hijacked on 04/09/13. The vehicle was recovered on 05/09/13. I was extremely traumatised when I was hijacked and so was my 2 year old daughter who was in the vehicle. I spoke to my broker and asked him to inform Zurich of this as I did not want the vehicle back. The hijackers also smashed the vehicle. Zurich refuses to understand my plight and insists that I take the vehicle back. I find this totally disgusting as Zurich does not understand the trauma that we have been through and the sleepless nights that we have endured. Why do I pay insurance if the company cannot assist me? It is now the 22/11/13 and I still do not have any answer. I am still using a courtesy vehicle and have had enough of the empty promises that I receive all the time.
