Credit card blocked after R5000 payment on it

My name is Lindiwe Nhlapho, and i have a credit card with Standard bank. i paid R5000 into the credit card on the 15/07/2013 and then i decided to check the balance, when i got to the ATM, my card didn't work. I went to a branch where i was told to call card division since they cannot assist me. my card has been blocked without my consent.on the 16/07/2013 at 13:36, I spoke to the most rude, disrespectful and unprofessional lady called Gezi Mbatha who couldn't help me instead she was disrupting me while i was busy explaining my ordeal to her, she didn't care what so ever. I want Standard Bank to re-instate or activate the credit card with immediate effect because i feel my rights have been violated, i am a victim here, because how will i know if my card is hacked and used by criminals. i demand the bank to re-instate the card immediately before i report them to ombudsman and go to each and every paper in the country and tell them that the bank abuses its customer's rights. I'm utterly disgusted and hurt and inconvenienced by the so called blocker on the credit card, please remove it immediately!!! i will never use standard bank again, ill tell everyone to close their accounts too.
