I was informed by Standard Bank card division to collect a bank card at a branch that does not exist anymore! After 4 hours of trying to locate my card and very bad experiences, I want to know the following from Standard Bank:
Why can
a) the card division inform a client to collect a card at a branch THAT DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE?
b) the staff who meet clients in the front of the bank, NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM TO ASSIST CLIENTS WITH SMALL QUERIES?
c) the branches not have MORE STAFF on duty on Saturdays, especially the end and beginning of a month? Many clients can only go to a bank on a Saturday and then have to wait for min 30 to 50 minutes in a queue to be helped.
d) the Menlyn Retail Branch closes at 11:00 on a Saturday and the branch service centre informs a client that the particular branch closes at 12:00?
