Three months agreement

In May I had agreement with the after I file a complaint on hello Peter that I am going through financial constrains and asked if I could pay lesser instalment they refused and told me I cant o that I need to pay after my complaint they called back and told me they will give me three months grace which will start in august and end October, everyday I get threatening calls from them and they don't remember agreeing on anything and they taking my account further to legal
