Existing Customer - No Help!

After several years of dealing with Direct Axis, and having a very favorable experience with them, I was disappointed to find, that when I needed to apply for an additional loan as I've done twice before, I was told that because I applied too soon after my last loan agreement was entered into, I cannot apply now again, despite the fact that it HAS now been 7 months after my last loan agreement was entered into. This also, despite the fact that I have NEVER missed a payment, and despite the fact that I have a good credit score. I know this because I buy a credit report every 4 months to make sure my affairs are in order. So sad. Direct Axis will be losing me as a customer as soon as this loan is done. Maybe you guys should learn to look after existing customers that YOU KNOW have paid you back, more than taking a chance on a new customer that you have no personal experience with. Basic business sense in my mind.
