I took a loan with irect axis last month, i told the Agent Ismail who was calling me all the time about the loan.i took the loan on condition that i will pay it 12 months after the first installment. The original loan was for 48 nmonths, i specifically told him thet i dont want it for 48 months but 12 months.. hre told me that i must take it and after the first instalment i will be able to change it to 12 months, and i will fill in Form 24, and to be exact i will pay a monthly installment of 3300.00 a month.and now i call them, they are telling me a different story, that the form 24 is no longer in use.and that i must pay the original installment and an extra amount to a different account number, i must keep the slips an come back to them after a year. THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT.I'M NOT SURE WHETHER THEY WANT TO FROM ME.
