Debit order taken after full settlement on account

I settled my two account in full and called JD Financial 3 times to confirm that the debit orders had been cancelled yet this morning I see that funds have been deduced from my account for the one account and now I fear that the second is to come out too as that was set at a later date.
I am disgusted that I was to regarding the debit order and now funds have been wrongfully taken from my back account.
I would like a proper confirmation of cancellation of the debit orders and a FULL refunds ASAP.
I am a longstanding customer of yours and I am now prepared to take my business elsewhere should this not be dealt with accordingly.
