Debt cleared 5 years ago & now lawyers on my case?

I had a loan with Direct Axis many years ago and about 5 years ago I made a settlement agreement and paid in full according to that agreement. I received a letter from direct axis stating that my debt is CLEAR. Today I get a call from Norman Bissett & Associates saying my debt has been handed over? This is 5 years later and I don't even know where my paperwork is from this... how can you wait 5 years and then claim I still owe you money? This is unacceptable and disgusting and upsetting. I then call Direct Axis and get told I must call Wesbank... why must I do the calling around when this is not my mistake?

Kindly resolve this mess before the end of day tomorrow or I will be making a big noise about this.
