BRADLOWS ACCOUNT

I have an account with Bradlows that i took out on 26 October 2012 with Bradlows in Mmabatho. My instalment per month is R3298.00 over 18 Months. Due to the recent unexpected financial presurre that i am faced with paying R3298.00 per month seems to be a challenge. We are encouraged by the National Credit Regulator to approach our Creditors to re-negotiate the credit agreement if one feels the financial presurre at that time, hence this request. I wanted to ask if i can change my credit agreement from 18 Months to 60 months thereby reducing my monthly instalment please. I have approached Bradlows but have not been successful in resolving this issue. Please help me. Your favourable response in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
