Good day

I am currently having a bad time with Discovery Insure claims department.
I have sent e-mails to discovery with no response for the last couple of weeks.

The courtesy car given to me is going back on the weekend and I still have not had any response to the questions i've raised about cancelling the claim.

I have received the following with no coming back to me
