No feedback to a simple question

Reference number: 2715225739. I have sent an e-mail to the claims department on the 1st of February, to date I haven't received any feedback. It is really unlike Discovery to treat its customers like you have treated me. This is really unacceptable and I would like to get an explanation as to why I haven't received a response regarding my question. Please also check reference number: 2724530839 regarding my claims.
