Discovery Insure
Worst service

I mailed and phoned Discovery several times in regards to my policy. I only received mails stating my reference number for the mail, and on phone calls that a consultant/representative will phone me back, but I have never received any response from Discovery, my first request was submitted 03/09/2013. Every time I phone, they can't put me through to the department that I'm suppose to deal with, and advise that a consultant/representative will phone me back.
This is very ineffective service especially from a well known company like Discovery
