No response except endless Reference numbers

What happened to the Hippocratic oath? More and more suppliers want money up-front so we pay-up. To get it back or just a courtesy-response from our medical aid Discovery, is by far another matter. For weeks, my wife and I have tried for a response from Discovery to obtain information as to the re-imbursement for the money which we have already had to pay-out to service-providers who refuse to claim from Discovery on our behalf, but not a word has been forthcoming yet for weeks from Discovery to us. Please advise the next step to be taken, ASAP. Their worthless reference numbers are: 2964899369 and2995600190. The latest as received today after yet sending another complaint as to no response, is 3001637887. Frustration is not the word!
