DEBIT ACCOUNT INCORRECTLY

Dear Nedbank,

It has come to my attention that you have debited my account prior to my pay day and the debit order was returned,

Please be advised i am holding you responsible for any costs that i will incur aswell as the fact that you are dishonering your contract signed between us wich CLEARLY States that my account will only be debited on the 25th of each month or the following monday if it happens to fall on a weekend, Please make a plan to contact me or i will take it up with the banking ombudsman, i am not going to be forced to do something that i have not agreed to, if ever this happens again i will cancel the debit order pertaining immediate effect and render your contract NULL AND VOID!

i expect that my costs incurred for a failed debit order will be furnished to my account as your personnel have not captured there debit order correctly.
