I applied a loan with Nedbank with an arrangement that they are to debit my bank account on the last day of the month but to my surprise for the last couple of months they have been send a debit order to my account on the 25th of the month and i have never got paid on that date. Since then i have been having numerous debit order bounces that have now affected my account with my bank. On the 15th i phoned and asked that my debit order be switched to the last day of the month and that was confirmed but on the 25th the debit order was sent through after on the new account that i had provided them with today the 26th the debit order was returned and bank Charges are to be at my expense yet i had a good arrangement on in place on time. Now when i call i m being pushed from one corner to the other. As small as i m my services might be contributing nothing to them as big giants but at the end of the day i m a client my little services adds up to someone's salary at the end of the month. This matter has to be looked into seriously and someone has to come back to me with a proper answer and telling me who is going to pay the bank charges for the 7 months bounces.
