Broken Confidentiality, Misleading Informatin

This run of many incidents occurred over a time span of 2 months - what a frustrating ordeal! To cut a VERY VERY long story short the following are my issues with Nedbank:
1. We were applying for a homeloan and received an email stating that should we settle a certain amount, the homeloan would be granted - HOWEVER, once doing this we were informed that this was the incorrect information!
2. When requesting documents - we were sent ANOTHER clients information - loan amounts, car finance, account number, name... What happened to having client confidentiality? How do I know MY information has not already been sent out to another client?
3. We went ahead a sent in a complaint. My husband then received a phonecall saying that we need to sort this out at branch level. Have we not just said we have been struggling for 2 months at branch level? I proceeded to contact the Complaints Helpline to re-open the case. To this very day (almost 1 month later) I have yet to hear a peep!
Rest assured that I will be shopping around for a different bank!! And to think that I have been loyal to this bank (even did a few years contract work) for 28 years! This truly does sadden me to my very core.
