1 month and still no internet banking

My Fiance and i opened our new business account at FNB on the 27 July 2013 while in the bank we tried to register for Online banking however error messages keep on displaying. after 2 hours in the bank we decided to sort it out the next day by sending them screen dump of the errors ect. No response I phoned and i was advised to please try the next week again as there is system problems. The next week i phoned and same story i was advised to try the next week again.By the third week i phoned again and demanded a manager to phone me back which did not happen so once again i phoned and still no updated on my log 1/744267584 this log was then closed and a new one opened 1/746067483 and guess what no response or feedback this is now getting critical to my business and i find it very upsetting that after 4 weeks i still can not do online banking. This is frustrating.
