I Can't STANDard this anymore

Endless grief with Standard Bank Access Account since first transacting online using internet banking.

Firstly, I must say my branch, Key West was great opened my account and all was great.

Then the errors started. I couldn't transact due to a FICA error (of which all my documents are updated). Now this last week I'm unable to transact - every time I try to complete a transaction I get the following error:

"The transaction you have requested cannot be performed from the account you selected"

The call center has checked, that the limits on my account are set correctly, there are no blocks or holds yet I'm unable to transfer even R1.00. I get transfered from internet banking to retail banking to general banking and no-one can solve my problem. I even emailed the complaints email on the site - no response to date.

This is rather getting frustrating as it's been over a week and I'm still unable to get any resolution, furthermore, I'm currently traveling (you can call me on 00966547378399) and now unable to pay people back in South Africa.

Could you please urgently resolve my issue.

Very disappointed by this horrible experience.
