Also refer to FNB Ref number 1/737711626. I am unable to register on my business account for internet banking. The system states that my log in details are incorrect and when we try and re-register I am unable to do so. I contacted online banking more than 7 times, totaling 4 hours, without a solution to this problem, month end is arriving and we are unable to pay our staff as per normal. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied by how the matter is being handled, for one I have to phone on a daily basis to follow up, no communication is related to me. I spoke to a service manager last week and she stated that its due to the new system launched and they are aware of such problem, only for me to be informed the next day that they await screen shots form me, this was not the case as per the managers conversation the day before. I have received good service from FNB before but this is truly unacceptable. The fact that the bank does not communicate with me nor able to give me a date when this will be resolved is unbelievable. Our business has a good account with FNB and we have a strong working force whom also bank with FNB and we do not want to move back to our previous bank .but...
