On Saturday FNB informed me via sms that my online profile has been deleted and my card been de actevated, just like that. i phoned the branch and they were very polite in trying to assist me, but the online support is absolute ridiculous. FNB deactivated my account (to no fault of my own) and now i have to wait 2 days before it can be re created, this is unacceptable, i have a business to run and cant do anything without my banking. fnb stopped my bank cards and everything. what is wrong with them??!!

the branch staff helped me even after they were closed and one of them even try helping em from home after hours to try and sort it out but there still seems to be an issue, and its really not good service from fnb online support side.

i need some one to contact me asap to sort this out please or ill have to switch banks in this week!
