I have opened a business account on the 19/07/2013, and at the time it was not possible to register for online banking as the system "bombed out" when we tried. After many visits to the bank and many phone calls I eventually got hold of the bank manager! Yesterday afternoon I was there again and they could not help me but said the system have been reset - if I wait 2 hours I will be able to register. Guest what? I am still not registered and today (19/09/2013) it is two months!!
In the meantime they have these advertisements/jokes that say "How can we help you". Well it seems like they can't help me.
Is this not something for the Broadcasting Complaints Commission? They are advertising something which they cannot supply!
