GEYSER HOC SHOCK!!!

Burst geyser disaster at 5h00 with water streaming through ceiling and light fittings.
Managed to report claim to Absa Insurance on 6/4/2013 @ 06h30 and was advised that an assessor would be sent to inspect the damage.
Absa SMS @ 08hh30 confirming claim number.
Absa SMS @ 09h00 confirming appointment of LBH Plumbing.
Called LBH Plumbing and was advised that they were incorrectly appointed by Absa and could not deal with burst geyser/plumbing problem.
Absa SMS @ 10h58 confirming appointed by Simunye Plumbing to attend to burst geyser.
11h00 called Simunye to confirm receipt of claim and was advised that Simunye team would be at property between 14h00 - 15h00.
Called Simunye @ 15h56 & 18h38 - still no team on site.
Team arrive at 18h45 - it is now dark and you can not see what you are doing in the roof / on top of the roof.
Team unable to attend to replacement of geyser due to flat roof & ceiling to be removed. Supervisor called to property to inspect and plan new (problematic) installation.
Advised that no go ahead could be obtained from Absa as claims are not authorized over weekends!
Photos taken to report to Absa on 8/4/2013 - NO HOT WATER FOR WEEKEND!
