After previous Hello Peter complaints and 3 visits to both the Boksburg and The Glen branches, and having people tell me the issue of changing my cellphone number is "resolved", i find myself utterly disgusted and annoyed that i am told i must go back into the branch to "change my nymber again" cos it WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME (IS THIS A JOKE?). please, please tell me what kind of training do staff at Standrad Bank receive that they cannot change a customer's cellphone number properly? even after i was told by the lady at The Glen branch that NOW everything is sorted after the lady at the Boksburg branch apparently didn't change it under every account... only to find that apparently neither did this lady at The Glen! come on! and this was afteri spent 1 hour standing in that queue because this cannot be done over the phone. so now, i cannot redeem my Ucount rewards because my card is not activated BECAUSE MY PIN CODE WAS SENT TO MY OLD CELLPHONE NUMBER!!! un--believable that the number is STILL on the system after i was told it was not! well, after well 20 years of banking with you guys, it's time i made a change, which i WILL NOT UP
