Bad thing happened. My laptop got. I gave the full specs for my laptop last week. Even got a call on Thursday last week to say that it is ordered and that I will receive it by Saturday or latest Monday. I was over the moon, even told every body at my work about the fast and efficient service and how quick this claim is going. Even new clients that need insurance when taking delivery at my dealership I told about the great service. What a sucker I was.. Guess what... This is Tuesday and no sight of it yet.. I have to phone, send emails and get in contact. All that they can say is if I agree on this specs I can have it by Thursday or Friday. Why re order every day. Order it right the first time with all the specs you have. Why must the client be worse off. What a joke.. Now my concern is what will happen forbids if something will happen to my house or my car... Is this the service that I will get as a client that makes me so cross that they don't want to deal with you anymore that I will rather distance myself and relinquish the claim on the laptop than dealing with Dial direct again
