DIAL DIRECT ARE CLUELESS!!!

At the end of March, I made the decision to change my insurance to Dial Direct, due to the fact that I was quoted a substantially lower premium compared to what I was paying for with my other insurance company, who I had been with for 8 years.

My experience with Dial Direct on the whole has been disappointing, and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone that I speak to. I have had to deal with staff on the telephone that are clearly not correctly trained.

I was called yesterday, Thursday, 25th April 2013, if I am not mistaken by Nisha, to inform me that they would be settling our claim, but that there was a problem with me being a client with Dial Direct, due to the fact that I never gave them accurate information about claims with my previous insurance company. She informed me it was for that reason that Dial Direct did not want to take me on as a client, and that as from the 24 May 2013 I would have to find alternative insurance cover. I informed the lady that I was only asked when my last claims were.

I expect someone will be contacting me as I intend on taking this matter further, even though I am going to move to another insurance company.
