On the 4th of June 2013 I filled in 2 forms to change banking details and debit order date. till date i get calls every 2nd day and I each time have to re-emailed to the person to see that i have submitted and then i cc the previous one in. over these past 2 months twice i received confirmation that it has been changed yet never happened. on the 7th of august i received again an update of this. today the 13th of August i have been now treated like SH to say the least and questioned for the debit order of the 7th of august. I was told a debit order is there for my convenience, no i prefer eft the only problem is i am not always available. now that a staff member has not done their work for 2 months it is my problem and i need to be treated like this? what happened to customer service?? I have paid today the R2500 in but again no one checks the damm system or calls! i even have an email confirming it is updated. get your house in order and stop calling me!!! i remain a client and i am sure this is not Standard bank policy to treat a person like this. like you have rights i have too and won't hesitate to use them!
