Blown away by the AMAZING service

First of all, I have to say that Poh Mathenjua is fantastic at her job and it is always an absolute pleasure dealing with her.

I put in a claim for my laptop on Thursday (19th Dec) and was in contact with Poh the same day. She went out of her way to make sure that my claim was approved by Friday (20th)

When I called P&G on the Monday (23rd Dec) & they told me that they can only get me a replacement laptop in mid January, I called Poh & she changed my claim to a pay out without any hassle & I went and bought my laptop. She truly is amazing! When I speak to her on the phone, I feel like she knows me on a personal basis even though we have never met. She doesn't treat me like "just another client" or "'another claim"

Poh, I will stay with my insurance for as long as you are working there. I do not want to deal with any one else.
To anyone else who is reading this, Poh Mathenjua is the best and you would be stupid to be dealing with anyone else.

On my final note, its good to know that there is still one person who still gives it their 100% best even over the festive season when everyone else is on leave. Top rating from this VERY happy client.
