Won't pay amount insured for!!!

I logged a claim with Discovery insure for my laptop due to accidental damage. The item is specified for R12720. They arranged to have a technician collect the laptop to evaluate it. After 2 weeks I had still not heard anything so I called back. Bianca asked me for the damage report-they were meant to have it as they arranged the technician? I heard nothing for another week so called back. I was told that they can't repair so will replace the laptop but I had the top of the range when I insured it now they will only give me a laptop for half the value as mine is no longer available and if they pay me out they will only give me R6000. I then had to provide them with the specs of a laptop I want. I had to follow up again with them to find out what the story was. I was then sent another mail with laptop specs which I finally approved but they won't get this laptop until July, needless to say its my work laptop. I asked for other available laptops on wed 5 June and to date have ad no reply or follow up at all! This is the second claim with them that has resulted in me doing all the follow up etc and now will be canceling with them. Poor customer service. Lots of deception!!!
