I recently spilled water over my laptop. When I tried to claim for it I spoke to Poh. She then let me go through all the trouble of getting a damage report which cost me money. Now 5 days later she tells me that my claim was rejected cause it happened inside my home!!! What the I have laptop insurance but apparently it does not cover my laptop!!!
