NO REPLY FROM CALL CENTRE OR ACCOUNTS MANAGER!!!

04/08/2013 there was activity on my account. I reported it immediately to STD Bank. Its a week later and no response from anyone! I tried getting hold of my account manager, she just sends me emails and doesnt bother to call me. I call the Call Centre and I get put on hold for over an half and still no feedback or response. I am cannot understand how a bank such as Std Bank has such pathetic services and I need to run after my account manager. I want the service I pay for or i am moving my accounts elsewhere!!!
