Debit Card Cloned - R30 000 damages - NO RESPONSE

My debit card was cloned during Dec.2013, and all my linked accounts cleaned out, to the value of R30 000. I reported this to Standard Bank on 6 Jan 2014, whereupon they put a block on all my accounts until such time as they have finished their investigation. I have called/ e-mailed on numerous occasions, spoken to different call centre agents, and the response I get is "It should be sorted out within the next 48 hours" or "We will give you feedback by the end of the day". This has now been going on for 16 working days, and to date NO-ONE has contacted me! My debit orders are about to go through, and I don't have the funds to cover it.

I even tried to open an account with FNB, due the lack of service, but Standard Bank was so kind to blacklist my credit card, making it impossible for me to even open another account.

I HAVE REALLY HAD IT WITH THIS INCOMPETENT BANK!
