Last week I wrote this complaint: 2 October 2013 money I realised that money had been taken out of my account. I notified the department immediately.

Since then it has been an ongoing call everyday trying to follow up for answers? Firstly you are on the phone for at least 30 minutes simply holding, then they say they will phone you back which they never do.

I do all my financing through STD bank but I am definitely not trusting them with my money.

The call centre is pathetic with service. As we speak I am on the phone holding to speak to a manager it has been 20 minutes just holding.

I am living in France. I cannot go into the bank to sort this out so I rely on customer services to help me out. I am a prestige banker but I definitely don't see the benefits here?

standard bank replied: sorry for the incident we will contact you directly. Guess what I am still waiting!!! I am sick of standard bank. I wonder what their attitude would be if it was one of their own accounts where money was!!! My money is supposed to be safe with standard bank. Now I know that it is not, I want to move all my accounts elsewhere including my house and car that is financed with them.
