Oneplan Health Insurance
NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS AND NO ASSISTANCE OVER PHONE

I sent through an email to CANCEL my policy with one plan on the 1/08/2013. I received no response I forwarded the email again and called their offices to which I was told to email my cancellation letter as they needed this in writing. I dully did so and to date have received no response! I gave a months notice as of the 1/08/2013 and am no where forward! I am not prepared to pay another premium due to their negligence!!!
