I applied with you guys nearly two weeks ago for a loan. Over a week ago I was told the amount I could apply for. I have sent every single last document to verify myself, and now simply because my company is not listed with Telkom (we use VOIP as we are an international company) and therefore the loan may not be approved.
The emails are all one liners, not once has she picked up the phone to me and asked me for an alternative.
I find this process to have taken extremely long (not as advertised) and the attitude to be one of I simply do not care about you or the loan you have applied for.
