No refund of incorrect debit orde

On 1 March I sent a letter to cancel my policy with one month's notice according to the policy. Hence I would be off the policy as of 1 Apr. I followed up with phone conversations to confirm the cancellation & I was told that it had been cancelled & my letter had been received. I got an email on 28/03/13 with ref. CAS-133113-J6B5Q8 saying a case had been opened tilted "client cancelling policy". I then received an email on 30/03/13 saying: We have assigned your case "back date cancellation" in response to your request to Ronald Govender.
On 2 Apr the premium went off my account at which I called to arrange a refund as my policy had been cancelled. In response on the same day I received an email saying: According to our records, your request has been fulfilled and the case "client cancelling policy" is now closed.
On the same day I received another email saying: We have assigned your case "client cancelling policy" in response to your request to Emmanuel Zwane.
On 9 Apr I spoke to Brink Mazibuko who sent me a letter of undertaking to fill in and return Which I did on the same day.
On 19 Apr he replied to say that he would let me know when it would be issued out to me. Still waiting
