Confirmed Cancellation of Policy not Canceled

On 30 September I phoned to cancel my policy. I was informed that i have to send an email to [Email Removed] I mailed the cancellation request and received confirmation that it was received, then conformation that it has been assigned and the mail stating that: According to our records, your request has been fulfilled and the case "Cancellation of OnePlan Policy 100304310" is now closed. Should you encounter the same issue again, please reply to this email or contact us using this reference number CAS-205954-L0Q5Z1. We hope that we have responded to your request in a timely and professional manner. My policy was never canceled and according to one plan they never received the request to cancel. On 8 Nov 2013 i resend all the communication again to one plan and again the policy was not canceled and my account debited again. Now i have to resend all comms again to get something canceled that should have been canceled in September. This service is unacceptable.
