People need to pay money into my bluebean card account. I phoned bluebean customer assist for the correct account numbers, they ask me if it would be paid from a Standardbank account and I replied "yes", then they give me acc nr 9738304 and as reference we must use the card nr. They also said the money will amidiatly be available. Now after 5 days it is still not available, when I phoned them again, they want me to hold the line while they investigating what the problem is, after 35 min it was cut off. I phoned again and explaine everything again (this time to Tracey) and ask them to phone me back back because it take to long, which she did. But once again the line was cut and nobody phone me back. I phoned again and Maria anshered, I explain everthing again and ask to phone me back, she replied that they can only recieve calls and cannot make them. When I told her that a few minutes before Tracey phoned me back, she said I was lying to her. I hold on again just to hear that I must give proof that the money was paid in this account then maybe after 72 hours it will reflect on my account. Till now NOBODY COULD SORT IT OUT
