It is shocking to see all the advertisement on TV of how good Cell C is and how excellent their services is - But your experience does not reflect what they promise.
Our experience with Cell C -As follows. Upgrade the contract phone from Nokia E72 to S3 Samsung. We were told that Cell C does not provide insurance cover for this phone and the insurance have to be done with C Surance, which we did. But ever since February on our account it STILL reflect we pay for insurance, it still reflect a sms bundle that was cancelled twice on the account.
After querying HOW many times - NOTHING was done. NOT ONE person could give us an explanation. They did give explanations which did not make sense.
All I know Cell C is collecting money from us every month for insurance and what's happening with that money?
I just want this to be sorted out, my son (in who's name the contract is) phoned how many times, lodge a complaint on 9th of May 2013 and up to now NOBODY phoned back, we phoned we beg we plead but NOTHING'S getting done.
All we need is to sort this account out. Get our money back that was taken off is that ask too much.
Call Centre people does not HAVE A CLUE what they doing
