Taking all my money, no one getting back to me!!

I was under debt administration through who my accounts was paid. I stopped that and made an arrangement with DMC Collections to pay my Blue Bean credit card R100 per month for the past 7-8 months. Then 20th of July R4553 was taken of my account. I have a disabled child, who had to under went a hysterectomy the following monday and had to pay the hospital a fee. I went into the bank and phoned headoffice, where i was told I had to give them 4 days to investigate. I had to pawn furniture to have money for my child to be admitted in hospital, I showed the consultant on monday the hospital papers as well. The thursday I phoned the Klerskdorp branch and headoffice, where I was again told someone would get back to me. The friday and saturday same story after spending hundreds of rands on phone bills and still no one ever gets back to me. My child was only discharged this morning from hospital, after she had to get a blood transfusion. After all the stress my family went through, at least Standard bank could have solved my problem, after taking all my money out of my account without my permission after I had an arrangement for months to pay them back. I need my money back!! Worst service
