CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE THERE IS NONE!!!

I emailed 3 invoices. Then I faxed a statement and queried payment. Today when I phoned I was
informed that the incorrect email address was used!! It was on the authorisation. Why did nobody
forward it to the correct address as well as the fax? Do the people there work or what??? Very
dissappointed.
