Altech Netstar deducted a stange amount off of my business account on 1 August 2013. I emailed thier customer service requesting copy invoices to explain the amount. No response, finally on 21 August I rewceived a response but a statement was sent and not the invoice detailing the breakdown of the statement. I replied and asked for the invoice. To date no response. 2 weeks ago I phoned and asked if there is a problem with their customer service or did I have the incorrect email address. No problems and address was correct., The statement reflects an amount which relates to 3 invoices. I finally managed to get 2 of the 3 invoices but still need the last one to cost it to the correct account. Still havent received my last invoice. Not sure if this is the correct tracking company to deal with??? It means I must again phone and ask someone to please send me the invoice AGAIN. I dont get any joy from any emails. Service is shocking!! Just wondered if this is a once off or is there a general lack of non response from them???
