Two weeks ago I received an email that my postal address is incorrect. After calling them and they assure me that my address has been rectify on their system I receive today again an email that my postal address is incorrect. What did they do when I asked them the last time to change my info. Why do I had to go into the bank and do my fica? Why do they hace systems in place and they do not know how to use it. My advise go not get an U-count account with standard bank rather go to FNB or ABSA who know how their system work.
