QUICK TO PROCESS DEBIT ORDER BUT NOT SEND INVOICES

From 8 January I have been trying to get invoices. They are quick to take debit orders but unable to provide invoices? The tracker was fitted in November. They had no contact details for this tracker so I have to wonder how they could track the car? The account was opened as a private account and should be a company account. Spoke to Innocentia Maluleke who sent forms to complete and requested company docs to [Email Removed] I did so but the email address didn't exist??? Great start. I forwarded everything to her again &; told her to forward to the correct address. She did so to [URL Removed] was 9 January. I have since called emailed both Innocentia the Corporate email requesting status & copies of invoices. No response. Called in again and spoke to Matsi Motaung. She promised to correct and I sent her all the documents AGAIN. Still nothing! I called again today to be told that the account was still in a private name! Eventually spoke to Angelique who says it has been done & she will request invoices. Does Tracker have any clue about accounts? Website has buttons "speak to our MD" and "rate our service" neither work! Staff don't know who I can complain to
