Not receiving invoices and my details are wrong!!

I have not received my invoices for the last 3 months and when I call into the call centre, it takes a while to authenticate as my details are wrong. I am based in Jo'Burg, yet it reflects a Durban postal address on the statement. I recently took out an additional contract and I had some goverment email address listed as my email address? Why are my details constantly changing?? Now I have send proof of address to sort this mess out?? I refuse!! Look on your system what my initial address and update accordingly. Why do I have to call in every month to get my invoices?? It is an inconvenience when this was always done automatically. The invoices that I have received are for completely different people? I want this sorted out today and I want my invoices for the last 3 months today!!
