Standard Bank still no feedback regarding problem

I am very disgusted by Standard Bank and their lack of effort to respond to a customer. Why should I have to follow up with them every month regarding my Statement Problem which was first posted on Hellopeter on 26 March 2013. Zeenath is the lady that is supposed to be dealing with my problem of my Statements that are being sent to the incorrect email address and when I request a copy of it they want to charge me the point is why charge me for a second request when I never received the statement in the first place. On 09 April 2013 Zeenath replied to my email saying that my old email does not reflect on the system and therefore the matter will be excalated to their system support departemnt for further investigation which I have had no feedback from anyone since 09 April 2013. Statement No. 40 has now once again not been sent to the correct email address and surely if I have been having endless problems they should contact me once the statements are emailed to check if it has gone to the right address. I have tried to phone Zeenath on numerous occassions and the phone just rings and never gets answered. Zeenath said in her email she understands my frustration I dont think so!
