First National Bank
Same Signatories and No Internet Banking

Business & Finance

I am the Vice-Chairman of Round Table 25 in Bloemfontein (An NGO and Non-Profit Club). Myself, together with the Chairman and our Treasurer went to the Brandwag Branch during April 2013 to change the Signatories on our accounts, the Statements must be emailed and to request that Internet Banking be activated (On the Basis that the Treasurer requests the payments and the Chairman Authorizes them). We brought our ID's, Minutes of the meeting where we were appointed as Office bearers and filled in multiple forms in triplicate. We were assured that we have done everything.
End of May - No change. Went to the Branch filled in more forms and left.
End of June - We were told it was fixed but they are still working on the Internet Banking. No email Statements.
End of July - Only one account's Signatories have changed and only receive its statements via email (the other accounts' statements are being mailed to an unknown address) and still no Internet Banking.

We need to have this rectified as soon as possible. It is also hampering our Charities were are supporting.
