Addition of Signatories on Account

We have been try for over a year and half to add signatories onto our bank account. Our branch is originally in East London. Our Main director was based in East London and thus handled all queries. When he resigned as director we tried to change our branch to Johannesburg-Northgate but could not get anywhere with this. We then decided just to add new signatories on and remove the old director who was no longer involved. We went into the branch at Northgate last year and signed all the paperwork. To date nothing has changed. None of the new signatories are added on. The main contact person is still the director who has resigned. It took us over 6 months to get the postal address changed so that we could receive our monthly bank statements in Johannesburg. No one can explain why the new signatories have not been added on. You cannot call any of the standard bank branches anymore as they now have a national call centre who does not know whats going on, they have to contact the branch themselves and get back to you but no one gets back to us. The service has been pathetic. We are supposed to have a banker but the call centre will not give us the telephone number. Is this customer service!!
