I have internet Banking on my account and have changed my details with absa more than a year ago and I tried to log in to my internet banking today and it still gives my old number so I do not get a security notification pin to enter to log in.

I phoned the internet banking department and they can do absolutely NOTHING to help me and I need to go into a branch. I do not have the time (reason for having internet banking and phoning in) absa phones me on the correct number to collect debt or arrange payment but nothing is changed on system how does that work??

The consultant did not even check on my details didn't even ask me ANYTHING if he were to just look he might see a mistake or problem and correct it instead all he says sorry sir you have to go into branch NO attempt to help whatsoever. What do they get paid for? what do I pay for?

and furthermore I saw there is eStatements linked to internet banking and the consultant just says sorry sir there is no monthly statements because you have a saving account.

so I get discriminated for having a savings account?!?
cannot use my internet banking!
and the consultant doesn't even pretend to be interested in my problem or solving it?
