This mail was send to FNB on the 2013/01/18 but this issue has not yet being resolved
1) I have asked for a flexi option on Monday 07/01/2013 which the papers was mailed to me and returned.
2)(08/12/2013) I phoned Fnb and they told me they haven't received my application which I send thru again.
3)(10/12/2013) I phoned Fnb and they told me they have received my application and that I need to send thru an Id and proof of residence with the application.(2 days wasted)
4)(11/12/2013) I phoned Fnb and they told me they have received everything BUT not my 3 months statements from Standardbank. WHY??? This account was paid over 15 years
5) I did send thru the statements to my banker Pinana, Asanda (Premier Banking). (nobody told that internet statements is not valid?)
6) Now this - see the mail below from Mwelwa, Mwenya [Email Removed]
Please note that the bank statements have been received. However we require original bank statements and not internet statements.
7) Now the cherry on the cake from Shenaaz Paulse - As discussed with you, we require a banking account in the name of "xxxxx", we are unable to pay the funds over to an ac.

Do FNB know the process.
