R11 Per Page for Bank Statements?!!

FNB charges customer's R11 per page for bank statements.
This is. Printing is very cheap and the banking info needed is already on the system - so why charge R11 per page!!

At FNB Centurion branch they told me they charge R11 per page but if brought in statements printed from the internet they would stamp it for free.

The next day I visited Midrand, Carlsworld Branch (its closer for me) they refused to sign the internet statements I printed saying that I am only allowed to print of their system at R11 per page.

I paid R44 for my own banking statements!
NO other bank charges for statements!
Why make it so expensive?!

Very very poor idea - really ripping off customers.

I would like a refund of my R44.
And I'd like this awful idea of charging for bank statements to be killed- we pay monthly bank fee's already!!
